@g14g2000cwa.googlegroups.com: Hi, does anyone have an installation manual for this back boiler or any technical knowledge of it - basically what the three 22mm pipes going into the heat exchanger are??? I need to replace it with a combi but need to identify these pipes first I've got a baxi573, it may be similar. It has a flow and return for pumped C/H, the lower outlet is return. The top outlets are a flow for the C/H, and a flow for gravity indirect hot water, this is blanked for a fully pumped system. According to a diagram, the return from the hot water circuit is tee'd in to the C/H return before it enters the boiler, hence only 3 connections. HTH mike |

The flow of the pumped circuit across the injector tee "sucks" the gravity fed hot water circuit. The hot water circuit returns to the branch of the tee which should be at the bottom. Baxi used to send out paper copies of manuals totally free - obviously the older manuals are not available on their site as PDFs. Call them and ask. Mr F. |
