Default Toothed Locking Washers - Wood

Can someone give me a trade name and supplier for toothed washers that fit
between two plates of wood and are M6 or M8 is size. They are like a crown
gear and the teeth bite into each piece of wood as you bolt them together.

I can't see them in ScrewFix.

TIA - Chris.
