How do I connect the combi to the elctric circuit?

Can I branch off a nearby wall socket with a standard 13 Amp switched spur
http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/MKK1040.html

There are two 3 amp fuses with combi but they would be too small
for the fuse cradle in the spur.

Looks fine, however, if the socket is RCD protected, it would be better to
connect it to a non RCD protected circuit, so if you go on holiday and the
RCD trips, your pipes don't freeze (assuming it is cold enough of course!)

If they are the small glass ones, they are probably replacements for
something inside the boiler.
Just use a normal fuse in the spur
