I was looking to buy a 57760 and it's being replaced by the 57800.
They seem identical in specification etc but the newer model is £53 cheaper (inc. VAT & delivery). I checked with the retailer and they said that AEG sells the 57760 at the higher price. This seems a bit odd. Does anyone know why this is? Maybe cheaper components, skimping etc? Also, do these (and other) condenser models use cold water supplies? Just read somewhere that some do. If they do then it's the clothes horse in front of the fire again as I've no supply in the garage. Cheers, Chris |
