Default Colour shiift - Sony PVM-2730QM

Hi, I've a Sony PVM-2730QM right now which has the following symptoms..

1) Takes a long time to focus. Has to warm up for a while before the focus
becomes pin-sharp.

More important, 2) It has a colour shift... after about 2 seconds (assuming
the filaments are warm), the whites will become slightly yellow or pink,
depending on it's mood. There's also colour bleeding of the red channel
around white highlights. Turning the Picture (contrast) control all the way
down helps somewhat, but the colour shift is still there.

I replaced a leaky electrolytic on the CRT board a while back (bright flash
upon switch off), could the rest of the electrolytics be going belly up?

Thanks in advance...
