Default Phillips 20GR1252/75B no picture

Hi all,
My TV Phillips 20GR1252/75B has the red light to say it is in standby and
seems to accept the remote signal to bring up the picture (red light goes
out) but it doesn't bring up the picture.
If you fiddle around trying different power and remote switch on/off it
sometimes comes on.

This isn't the first time it has happened and then I didn't have time to fix
it myself so paid someone. The repair didn't last long and cost me a
bundle - oh well, live and learn.

Suspect it isn't an easy fix and as I don't have a circuit I am not sure
where to look.
Has anyone a circuit or suggestion on where to start - power supply etc.
Any help appreciated.
Paul

Get the service manual from Philips and start in the power supply, and work
to the scan circuits.

Looks like a GR1AX-chassis, so check the follow part

id:= 011782
Will not start up from cold
Turn the 95v preset down, if the set starts the fault is in the overvolts
circuit, try D6638 or R3630 (33Kohms)

Also check the following webpage:
