Default Wheelchair motors..not quite OT

在 2000年10月19日星期四 UTC+8下午3:00:00,Roger Hull写道:
Dear group: Just bought a Sherline 3.5 x17 lathe and am learning how
to use it. Latest project is a tracked chassis to drop my electric wheelchair
into to allow me access to rough areas. Now in testing and tweaking stage and
actually climbed a city curb last Sunday. The thing is SERIOUSLY underpowered
and I know little of DC motors and controllers. Any advice or pointers on how
to get more power would be appreciated. (Would hooking a third battery up to
get 36 volts instead of 24 burn up the controller?) Will E-Mail photos to
those who request them. Thanks.
