that's amazing. I'm impressed that it produced a titanium product. I
thought those things only spit out plastic.

a little ggogling turned up...

Models made in titanium are printed in titanium powder that is sintered
together by a laser to produce end-use metal parts that are as equally
good as machined models. Models in titanium are very strong, precise and
can have feature size as small as 0.1 mm.

But before anybody gets too excited about the possibilities...

They (printer manufacturer) were at the SHOT show demonstrating this
technology. They said that you could build a fire-able prototype with
it. But that it would not have any life to it. So true concept stuff...
Very cool.
