Default Copier Issues, New Drum?

I am not all that fimular with copiers/printers and how drums work. I
have a copier than the pages come out pretty much all black. If I take
a cloth w/alcohol on it and wipe down the drump and clean it all up,
then make a copy, it comes out great! But then the drum gets toner ink
on it again after one copy and i'd have to wipe it down again.

Is their something I can do? Or do I need a new drum unit? Could it
possibly be low on toner and be causing this?

Thanks,
Jason Roozee
