Default fa: repaired Minarik DC SCR drive

just repaired a Minarik DC motor drive - since it's repaired, and you need
to supply a piece of aluminum to mount it to, I'm starting the auction much
cheaper - these are good for driving a DC motor, for example an X axis or Y
axis drive on a mill, etc
