Default Help re-wiring a motor from 120 to 240V

Awl:

The wiring diagram on the motor (for a Graymills centrifugal pump) is
EXACTLY the same for both voltages!! Cain't be right!

Here is the schema for the low voltage:

Line 1 (neutral) to black "P1"
(Black P2 joined to Orange T3, from motor)
Line 2 (120 V hot) to black T5 and yellow T4

Any motor mavens here know what needs to be switched w/ what for 240??

Also, what does the OPE in "CCW Rotation OPE" mean?

I emailed Graymills tech peeple, but could use some help ASAP.

TIA!
