Default Switching to cold soup for dinner (during summer)

I saw that Larry mentioned Turtle Soup. I've never had that before and apparently no one here will cook it. But I think that soup for dinner is a great way to relax for the rest of the evening.

It works great for digestion along with crushed whole psyllium or flax seed supplement that I have during the day.
