The only legitimate universal rights are negative rights. There are no
positive rights. You *cannot* have a right to goods and services, as
that would impose an obligation on others involuntarily to provide value
to you, and you cannot have a right to that.

Parents have the obligation to plan their offspring and pay to
feed/clothe/educate them.
Conversely, we all have the right to a proper upbringing.

If you can't do the time, keep it in your pants.
