Please just do an air powered vibrator. You will come up with Chicago
Vibrators. Select impact vibrators. Nothing dangerous here.

Personally, no. I usually see the rotary type vibrators on the bulk
flour and bulk concrete trucks around here. The piston ones look a
little aggressive unless you're trying to get 3/4"-Minus road-base
gravel in and out of a silo.

You should only need to run it intermittently once you get the powder
moving in the bin, the stuff settles during the drive from their plant
to yours (or a stationary bin that has sat too long) and it needs a
bit of encouragement to flow again for the pump-out.

And if it's a pain to get the flow going, I'll bet there's a formula
for the angle of the cone at the bottom. Search up an engineer that
designs the bins and trailers and pick their brains.
