The following URL: http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/...says-water-is- not-healthy has a length of 71 characters and resulted in the following TinyURL which has a length of 26 characters: http://tinyurl.com/7ktge82 Just horrifying..... -- Christopher A. Young Learn more about Jesus www.lds.org .. This just in: Water is not healthy and should not be used to treat dehydration "THE EU was ridiculed last night after it took three years to issue a new rule that water cannot be sold as healthy. In a scarcely believable *ruling, a panel of experts threw out a claim that regular water consumption is the best way to rehydrate the body. The bizarre diktat from Brussels has far-reaching implications for member states, including Britain, as no water sold in the EU can now claim to protect against dehydration." http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/...is-not-healthy |

For an example their sensationalism, the headline at the top of their world news section is: "SPEED OF LIGHT THEORY CHALLENGED Scientists are becoming more confident that they will be able to contradict Einstein's assertion that nothing can travel faster than light, after carrying out another test." As someone who has been following this, I can say this is NOT the appropriate conclusion or headline. The original experiment was done a few months ago, and the researchers did not believe the results themselves, but published anyway so others could review their data and try to identify the error. All this latest experiment does is elimnate one possible cause of error. Their are still MANY other possible causes of error. |
