Looks really nice. Building looks like it was well maintained. No water
leaks show on the concrete block walls. Keep the outside well painted.

See no facilities for your wife. Will you let her visit you?

Are you going to rent out part of the building?

Hey Iggy,

Looks GREAT !!!!!!!!.... almost 10 times my shop size. Probably even
bigger than Gunners yard?? You'll love it.

Only thing I didn't see, an overhead 5 ton crane (or even larger would
be nice) to unload that truck with all the new auction stuff you'll be
after, but I guess you'll work a way to load/unload with the Toyota
fork-lift. You did buy it, didn't you?

I do wonder why no "close-ups" of the CNC machine near the rotary
surface grinder. Looks like a lathe, but ???????????

Take care. Keep up the good work!

Congrats, Ig! How much, $50k?

I'll bet SWMBO is ecstatic. She'll get her garage back!

I wonder how long it would take to pay you back if you put a drop

Lovely! A trapezoidal building.

I like the "birdbath" in the washroom.

I thought that it was an oversized bidet. :-)

Is that 240V three phase? I consider it pretty likely, but you
didn't say.

Of course it is 3 phase.

It was the seller's wife.

COOL! I'm green with envy. I have been scrapping some old gear
I stopped using years ago to get more room. But, there are great
advantages in having my shop at home, and not having stuff here, there
and someplace else, too.

Give us a thumbnail of your business plan and a mission statement.

I want to sell surplus equipment at a greater scale. That's all.

Would there be a tax advantage (or disadvantage) to doing
manufacturing at that location?

No, and I have no talents in manufacturing. Going into manufacturing
would be a great way to lose a lot of money and acquire a lot of
valuable life experience.

That's a tough one to wrap one's head around ig.

Is that the same place you where looking at before?

Now, you can really get some noisy toys with a string to the throttle
and let the kid have it, have fun.

Handy pond across the street. No more worries about disposing of toxic
chemicals.

Just kidding.
