And since the drug war and tong wars are not taken out of
the general population there is a missed math issue.

Far more drug this and that occurs as this is a high density
of drug traffic and far more of a trickle as it fans out.

Also massive amounts of mules killing their paid south of the
boarder people when it starts to get complex.

So what's your point?
