and bad decisions. Taking it from the official White House spokesman, a lot
of Democrats should be given a drug test.

Should all gov't employees be given sudden drug and alcohol tests
tomorrow, I'd bet that over half of the staff would be fired
instantly, including everyone from pages up through Cabinet heads.
