I posted a few months ago that I thought things were going to get really
nasty when some folks got angry at our system, the IRS, the insurance
companies, and other things, that they were going to go and do things that
would make a big splash. Like Austin, TX.

I was pooh poohed.

I still think that way, and believe that more graphic and brutal displays of
public frustration are to follow.

And then the great culling, which is going to be entertaining.

Cambodia tried that approach - worked for them, if you like the results they
achieved, by all means try it here - kill anyone who wears glasses, kill
anyone with an education, kill babies by slamming them against trees or
throwing them in the air and bayoneting them. make sure that there are no
survivors to explain technology, medicine, or any of the other intellectual
pursuits.

but most of all, have fun.

Are you referring to the plane crash into the IRS building? WRT that,
although I've not heard full details, my impression is:

Dumbass didn't pay his taxes.

Dumbass got caught.

Dumbass decided to blame everyone but himself.

(Sounds like he culled himself.)

Cheers,
Joe

The Communist Party of Kampuchea (Khmer Rouge) was forced by the
unreconstructed reactionaries to take radical measures in order to
acheve complete self-sufficiency.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khmer_Rouge
Roughly 2,000,000 killed.

Right-wing version in Argentina:

Roughly 12,000 killed

I heard from a refugee that Vietnam's losses against Cambodia were
even higher than against the US:
