Prompted by Georges coments about credit cards, i did a little checking.
Seems a federal usuary law is approiate for those *******s. I would also
support federal laws prohibiting the disclosing of a persons credit score
without the written consent from the person for each and every inquary.
Banning the use of SSN for any reason other than official government
use would also be great.

Then they offer you a home equity loan to pay off those credit cards.

Aggressive and deceptive marketing
Making loans without ample consideration to the borrower's ability to pay
Financing excessive fees into loans
Charging higher interest rates than a borrower's credit allows

Don't forget they paid thier friends in congress and the senate to
have the BK laws changed enshuring thier victims are endentured servents
for life. Golden parachutes for all !!!!!

And don't forget to given them a credit card immediatley after a BK.
