they seem to have fixed the problems with their free server - see the info
on the server status page, he

in outlook express, choose the groups you have subscribed to one at a time,
choose file/properties/local file and choose "reset"

Too late. I gave up & am very happy with Forte's Agent Premium Service
for $3/ month. Must faster downloads, much better retention, and thus
far, much more reliable.
