I dont bother with all the piddly Usenet argot that seems to be some
sort of Secret Handshake necessary to bind certain groups of people,
so they feel good about themselves and lead them to believe they
"belong to something"

Shrug. Shorthand like LOL etc...commonly used are ok..but the Secret
Words of Power crap....snicker....

I agree it is a deliberate use of language of exclusion.

I have a recommendation for a cracker dog breed.
Jack Russell Terriers are the most intelligent of dogs. Feisty little
buggers with lots of character :-) The more miniature of the breed are
absolutely ace dogs. they have lightning fast reflexes and are quite
intelligent problem solvers ....for dogs. my two lasted 15 years.
