Default FS -- 5 HP single phase Compressor in Lisle, IL

For sale is a 80 gallon, 5 HP, single phase, horizontal compressor. It
has a two stage pump by Champion, model RE-20. That's the compressor
that I bought from someone who could not figure out how to wire and
fix the single phase motor that was on it.

The motor is Baldor 1750 RPM, 5 HP, 220v, 25 amps.

The motor has new bearings (6206Z from McMaster, not cheapest junk)
and new starting caps. I also installed a new brand name 3.5" 200 PSI,
gauge, and a new 5 HP rated Furnas pressure switch.

With all this stuff, pressure switch and gauge and all, this
compressor has all you need to start using it.

The compressor is set to start pumping at about 90 PSI, and cuts out
at 120 PSI. It is very quiet due to slow (600 RPM) speed of the pump.

The tank is fully airtight and keeps pressure very well (as in, no
discernible loss of pressure over 24 hours).

Also included are a 3/4" Apollo valve on the output, and a
filter/regulator with 1/4" NPT opening.

The Rec.Crafts.Metalworking price special is $300, local pickup in
Lisle, IL, only, cash only.

Some pictures (not including the Apollo valve and regulator) are here
