These vermin don't seem to be interested in finding another home.

Unlike many of the other posters here - who seem resigned to surrendering
the newsgroup to the OT-ers and working around them - I'm willing to try to
introduce a little misery into their lives.....online and off.

Nothing posed through alt.kooks has a damn thing to do with
metalworking so what is your point? Is putting screens on your windows
to keep out annoying little pests giving up your freedom? Or does it
insure your freedom from the annoying little pests? By filtering out the
useless crap, you can find the METALWORKING on the newsgroup.

You can wade through the kook's turds if you want to, I don't really
