Default Rand Bench Buffer

Can anyone familiar with a Rand Bench Buffer advise me as to your
experience with it. It is much more reasonable than a Foredom (about
one-fourth). Thanks

Is this a jewelry buffer? If so, ask over at rec.crafts.jewelry. I
