Ive seen this lathe up close and personal. Yes..the ways need to be reground and turcited..but the machine is in otherwise marvelous condition. It would be a GREAT home shop machine if fixed up. Ive the round top version and its a joy to use. I believe the British (this is a Colchester made machine) call it the Senior or Chipmaster Mk II irrc.
