I've never made a secret about my total lack of knowledge about anything to
do with computers, or how they work. Almost daily we hear something about
Google, and the value of its stock. Considering we have free access to
Google, I can't see how it makes money for the owners, but I imagine it does
(and lots of it!)---especially when I consider the value of their stock.

Can anyone enlighten me? How do they make money?

Google's pay per click scheme is the ONLY advertising that has been cost
effective for my low priced product.
