Copper electrodes for electrolytic derusting?
"Ignoramus32654" wrote in message ... I have certain copper pieces that I could use as electrodes for EDR. I am not sure if that is safe from environmental standpoint and whether copper would dissolve (I may later use them for different purposes). Any ideas? i No need for copper - a steel plate works fine but will be sacrificed over time. I've seen people say don't use stainless steel as that makes for an environmentally nasty electrolyte to dispose of. AWEM |
