Anyone knows a name for a positioning holder?
"Ignoramus15297" wrote in message ... What I have in mind is a device that is like an arm, with several joints with balls in them. One could turn it any way they want and then tighten screws on these balls so that the device stays in the chosen position. A remotely similar device would be a gooseneck lamp. What would such things be called? thanks Heh... in some circles, it's called a dial indicator stand! G LLoyd |
