You'll need a casting facility that will do the two parts first. Best is a
molding machine that will squirt the bronze into a steel mold like plastics
people do. A cheaper alternative would be to do plaster molds with the lost
foam plastic process (foam casting machine to make the masters) would be
nice there but you will probably have a lot more buffing to do.
After that, buffing machines to smooth the surfaces.
Then you need to mill the hinge and then rivet in the pin.
Biggest cost item will be the molding machine.

I'd start with buying the two extruded patterns from a firm that does
custom work. Slice it up into pieces of the right width and then do a
little milling and drilling to make the hinge. Before pinning the hinge,
put it in a deburring media and you've not a nice product on your hands.
The real cost depends heavily on what your market price is, what your
production scale is, and so on and so forth.

Sure is pretty!

Closed die forging would be the best for large quantities.

I dont have information of the cost of the machinery.
