Default Larger Sieg lathes?

Who sells the larger size Sieg lathes? These are in slightly different
sizes than the more common lathes sold by HF, Enco, and Grizzly. Also
they have rotary detent style levers for the quick-change gears instead
of the row-of-pins-and-holes style levers.
