I scrounged Stuff a couple weeks ago, enough to fill two crates 5' x
5' x3' tall. Lots of misc stuff, nylon nuts by the bag, adhesive backed clips, a couple thousand green LEDs (some plain..some on standoffs), 25lbs of what appear to be 1/2" E-clips, hardware up the wahzoo... Ive got 3 or 4 boxes..about the size of a loaf of bread each filled with Amp DB25s, but they dont have any pins installed. Another few hundred Molex connectors of various configurations, including the disk drive type, a few hundred Amp DB15s, no pins yada yada. Anyone need any of these? Its all new stock, most of it in sealed bags. I helped close down Dimension Tooling in Santa Ana California, and he had bought a BUNCH of electronics assembly equipment, including resistors by the roll, etc. Most of the big stuff went to auction, I wound up with the sweepings so to speak. American Science and Surplus in Milwaukee and Chicago might buy the batch from you, if you don't want to eBay 'em. Anyone need any of these? Its all new stock, most of it in sealed bags. They like that. Maybe even Jameco or one of those guys? DigiKey? Color organ, remember? stereo. kinda like fireworks, but it'd take about, lessee low end. 10 led's per spike, 6 spikes per channel, 3 channels , in stereo. 6 times 10 times 3 times 2. 360 leds. maybe 720 if 20 per spike. 2 fer .99 at radio shack. Way too expensive, for way too many years. Dreamed about this since, say the Eighties. How much for a thousand? -- Steve Walker (remove wallet to reply) |
