Sorry, the shed's full up already. Oh, this stuff is WAY out of our usual price range. Just the spindle, alone, on a Kulicke & Soffa dicing saw is $70,000 refurbished! Yikes! These things are several Hp, air bearing direct-drive AC spindles, running at about 75,000 RPM. Some of the other gear is just slightly less! Jon |
