Default RFQ: Laser or waterjet cutting of ULTEM parts

We need quotes for laser or waterjet cutting of .063 in. thick ULTEM
sheet to fabricate parts for our product. ULTEM is made by GE Plastics
and is similar to Lexan. We will supply the raw material stock in
sheets that are 52x102 in. or 24x48 in. for the smaller lots.

Drawings for part # PF-90424-ZN-R0 can be found at:

http://www.danielsonweb.com/current_projects.htm

The quantities and schedule a

Lot Quantity Date
1 50 7/8/05
2 1,000 8/5/05
3 30,000 9/2/05

The cut part edge needs to have minimal ash marks and a smooth texture
to allow us to perform effective cleaning before final assembly. We
will supply the material and cover shipping costs.

Please quote each lot separately since we may choose to use different
manufacturing processes if one process has a better economy of scale.
