I ripped out my old killfile and will start fresh.
Instead of plonking on the name I'll use the email address.

Which means I need to start over on those 150 trolls in the previous list.

If we assume 25 to maybe even 50 of them are actually sometimes ok (like
Bob F, Clare Snyder, Oren, Ed Pawlowski, & rbowman) and that the other 100
to 125 are never ok (like Tekkie, Sn!pe, ****sack Moishe Goldberg, Shadow,
and trader_4), then we only need to plonk about 100 to 125 of the trolls to
make this ng readable again.

As an example, this will delete the latest new troll

Colonel Edmund J. Burke
who I will add next.

Some day I will understand why these 100 to 125 trolls love to ruin

The group is readable again if you plonk the following fifty

I cleared the group first and started fresh.
I downloaded only the last 3000 posts.
For every troll I put them in one of two groups.

If you only block the first half, it's still unreadable.
Blocking both types of trolls made the group readable again.

There does not seem to be any practical way around having to block all 100
of the worst trolls and also the worst 20 email addresses that can talk
home repair but who prefer to troll instead.

If the problem persists, I will bother to analyze further.

In addition to the Tekkie/Pawlowski similarities in the recent forgery attempt,
rudimentary social deconstruction potentially indicates the following email
addresses may need to be observed more closely before reporting to their
admins since their responses are exactly what the trolls want them to be
(almost too exact in multiple social ways).
