As long as being shot or freezing to death is not a concern for you.
I will take my chances with a little hurricane every decade or so. We
can build for that.

We can build for freezing weather, too. 61 years and I've never
frozen to death.

Granted, I don't live in a city, but I'm not worried about being shot,
either.
