Or weld a piece of flat stock to the bolt - or use a nut splitter to
remove the nut, it use a cut-off wheel to cut the nut off

You're too late, 8 years ago, Grandpa collapsed and was trampled to death by a herd of 20,000 rabid gerbils. It was a real mess because animal control had to use military flame throwers to roast the snarling little critters. Roast Chuck was not on the menu because his mangled body was recovered before the conflagration. It was such a tragedy and there is now a memorial with an eternal flame to mark the location and keep gerbils away. (~_~
