Illegal Alien With Felony Convictions Charged With Molesting 12-Year-Old Girl At Daycare


An illegal alien who has a felony armed robbery charge on his record
has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl
at a daycare in Virginia.

Oscar Perez Rangel, a 40-year-old Mexican national, was arrested at his home in Herndon on Friday, according to local news reports.

He has been charged with three counts of felony animate object sexual penetration and two counts of felony aggravated sexual battery for allegedly abusing the girl in several incidents between October and December 2016.

The assaults allegedly took place at a daycare operating out of the home of Rangels girlfriend.

A review of federal case files shows that Perez Rangel has a felony record. He was charged with attempted robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony following an incident in Fairfax, Va. in June 2003.

He was sentenced to prison in that case and released in July 2009. He was deported back to Mexico that same month, but he reappeared in Ohio two years later, though under the name Oscar Quezada.

He was arrested again in Aug. 2011 and sentenced to two years in prison and later ordered removed from the U.S.
