Police are on high alert as a foldable gun which looks like an iPhone is
set to go on sale within weeks.

The handgun €“ which has already had12,000 pre-orders - is disguised as a
smartphone but can unfold into a deadly weapon at the press of a button.

European police are being warned to look out for the guns which are
expected to be illegally imported into the continent and appear on
streets soon.

The 9mm double-barrelled pistol has been made by American firm Ideal
Conceal and costs £325 ($395) €“ well below the cost of the latest Apple
iPhone, the Times reported.
