lights, using a toggle switch. ( he was mischievous )

You know how we flash our lights at approaching vehicles when they don't
have their headlights on?

I've always wanted to hook up individual switches to my headlights so I
can flash just *one* when approaching a vehicle with single burnt out
headlight. :-)
