HELP ME!
replace furnace and water heater with direct vent ones. the higher efficency will save you big operating bucks, if you need a new roof, no chimney to repair no flashing to mess with, no chance of future leaks

Only rotate in one direction, or the counter rotational stress can be extreme. If he loosens the set screw it will release the tension. If the set screw strips, drill it out and start over.
