Default Sears pressure washer oil leak

I have a 5.5 HP 2000 PSI model 580.768210. When I pull the starter rope,
oil comes out of a oval hose under the flywheel. The hose is comes from
the engine block.
The last time I used it, it kept losing water pressure and I noticed oil
in the water under the washer on the ground.
