Apparently, newly brought on line is "Bumblehive", a US National
Security Agency $billion facility for internet spying. Located near
Salt Lake City is has computers with a 5 zettabytes data capacity.

Never heard of a "zettabyte" before.

George Orwell was not wrong.

NB,

We've tried bounties in the mideast. They haven't worked very well.

McVeigh was missing a car tag when was stopped by a Trooper.

Theodore John "Ted" Kaczynski, PhD, was turned in by his brother as a
suspect. His brother tagged him.

Next questions?

Nothing! That is the point. They were NOT rag-head terrorists. Both
were anti-government. They both were criminals - prosecuted under
federal law. Thus, no bounty. You brought them into the thread.
