My caulk is hard..........
I just bought a tube and found that it's hard. Can I return it since
I opened it? |

I was doing some work for guy from Taiwan and he told me that the circuit breakers in the electrical panel were all labeled so the circuits could be turned off as needed. I went back the the panel to shut off the power to what I was working on and......yep, you guessed it. :-) ....all labeled "off". |
