Yes, poison ivy. Also grows up trees like that as well as across the
ground. Better to spray it with brush killer as that will kill the
vine and root too.

You can make a positive ID from those ridiculously small pics?

From the pictures, it looks like you have discovered a tiny dwarf
specimen of poison ivy!!! Oh, never mind. Its the pictures that are dwarf!

Seriously, 3 of the pics look like poison ivy, and the two with the
rounded leaves are not, but it's hard as all hell to tell on pictures
that tiny. Post some real pics.

I would not mess with any of them, they all have a 3 leaf
configuration that is common to poison ivy. Use roundup.

Yes I can. The ones on the tree are poison ivy without a doubt. That
last 2 are difficult but if they are located close to the first 3 then
I'd assume it is as well.

Don't strain on it. Kill them all. God will know His own.

In case readers don't get the reference, history records that the good
Christian crusaders slaughtered the "Infidel", men, women and children
in scenes of incredible bestiality. Do your own Web search, if you
have a strong stomach, using key-words like "Crusades" and "knee deep
in blood".

The specific phrase "God will know his own" yields numerous Web
sites. I quote a paragraph from one, about the Albigenisian Crusade:

" Not far off, the hastily mounted horses of the crusader knights
could be seen mounting the hillside, as the tardy noblemen raced to
squeeze through their own men onto the 'frontline' – and it was at
this point that one of the knights in front, galloping toward the sea
of people, screamed to Arnold Amaury to give his men orders on how to
distinguish the Christians from the heretics in the midst of such
pandemonium. Amaury yelled back to the knights racing forward around
him, "Caedite eos! Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius!" Slay them all!
God will know his own!3 Interesting choice of words for the head of
the Cistercian order and the highest representative of the Pope – and
by the dawn of the next day, every church, home and shed in the town
was ablaze; with nearly every one of its estimated 20,000 inhabitants
put to the sword.4 In a letter to the Pope, Amaury wrote "the workings
of divine vengeance have been wondrous."

Don't forget they will give the same allergic reaction if they are dead
or alive.
