Cute, but as a classically trained drummer I hate to see kids learn
horrid technique. *Bad technique doesn't make a bad drummer, but the
chances of becoming a great drummer become slim and none.

I am a self-taught drummer. I drummed in many bar/club playing bands.
It was fun, I wasn't that good, but good enough. Now I am over that
phase of life and regret not taking lessons. For a 4 year old, he is
well on his way. But, if he is getting proper traning, he won't have
to overcome the bad habits he is making.

I taught my daughter how to drum when she was 8 years old. She was
playing in bar/club bands at 14. I had to go with her. I also sent her
to get lessons and she quickly exceeded my skill level and went on to
bigger and better things. She paid for her first car and insurance
when she turned 16.

A cute little kid having the time of his life in front of an
appreciative audience. Some actinic sphincter is always going
to come along to pour cold water on the event with unwarranted
criticism. I think the little fellow is outstanding.
