Autobody Damage
Don't know if this is appropriate for this group, but how do I repair a
3-week old auto body scrape about an inch long which is rusting? Thanks |

Primer is often rust colored and galvanizing usually keeps from rusting. You may need body filler but most important is getting paint to match. |

A narrow scrape one inch long can be protected with a touch up kit. Small jar, like nail polish dab or stroke it on. It works well for rock dings. If you still have a car dealer, they would have the closest color match. |
