Why do we have to put up with what is now maybe 99% of posts for bs
advertising from China for illegaly copied knockoffs. Why cant this be
a H.O. group again. Im sure this isnt the first request, and it wont
be the last, but it should end, Now..Isnt this a GOOGLE GROUP, so WTF

No... you're not a google group. You're a usenet group. Learn the difference.

The real trick is, not to reply to a post with 4532 lines in the
thread. I try to refrain from such.

This is called Usenet and long predates google. Google just happens to
also be a posting host for Usenet and very spammer friendly so they
don't care about those posts.
