How cold is to cold to do a chimmney outside with no tenting or extra
heat???? I'm in Maine by the way.....Thanks....

Someone else should have a more accurate answer, but temps near
freezing are OK, as long as certain rules are followed.

Just a pet peeve of mine, but it is "too" cold and "chimney".
