Any Quadrafire 3100 owners out there? When I get a good fire going, I notice
that the air tubes at the top and the metal baffle that sits above them will
glow red because of the heat of the fire. The manual says that if the top of
the stove itself glows red the stove is too hot, so I'm guessing this is
normal and not to worry about since the top of the stove itself, while hot,
doesn't glow?
